Welcome to the BonusHawk website ("BonusHawk"). Before you create an account you must read these terms and conditions concerning your use of BonusHawk. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept and abide by these terms and conditions, you may not create an account or may subsequently have your account terminated. Verkroost Limited (the "Company"), owner and operator of BonusHawk, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, without further notice. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to BonusHawk, both now and in the future.

Description of BonusHawk

BonusHawk is a platform which merchants, affiliate programs and affiliates can use to provide or receive notifications about new, amended or terminated bonus promotions. BonusHawk is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate BonusHawk and your use or access to BonusHawk with or without notice. The Company will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of BonusHawk, or termination of your access to BonusHawk.

Registration

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use BonusHawk. You must provide current, accurate, and complete information about yourself that may be required as part of the account creation process and/or continued use of BonusHawk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BonusHawk password and account details, and are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain and promptly update any account information provided to BonusHawk to keep it accurate, current and complete. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to BonusHawk to anyone at any time without notice, for any reason.

Indemnification

If the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees should incur any liability to a third party arising out of or in any way related to your use of BonusHawk, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company free and harmless from any such liability, and from all loss, claims, costs, demands, debts and causes of action in connection therewith, including reasonable lawyers' fees.
